Neck doesn't have an adjustment.
It was too small to go over my puppy's head. Useless.
Hi Joanne, I'm so sorry you haven't had a positive experience with the harness! The neck part actually has two adjustment sliders to increase the size. We send out the harnesses at the smallest setting, but it can be increased. I'll send you an email with a photo to show you! And if it's still too small we can alway organise an return :)
